Located in one of Indore’s most exclusive enclaves, Bagani House is a contemporary residence that harmoniously blends architecture, interior design, and landscape into a seamless living experience. Designed for a close-knit family, the home spans across 12,500 square feet and was remarkably completed within 365 days—an embodiment of efficiency, precision, and emotional warmth.
From the moment one approaches, the design reveals itself as a journey through light and texture. The entrance pathway, flanked by lush landscaping, leads to a serene water feature crowned by a sculptural tree, establishing an atmosphere of balance and calm. A grand teakwood door opens into a foyer that exudes understated sophistication. Natural light filters through glass panels, while a minimalist glass bench and wooden ceiling details create a delicate interplay of transparency and texture.
At the heart of the home lies the double-height living and dining area—a dramatic yet inviting volume that connects visually and spatially to the garden and central courtyard. The seamless indoor-outdoor relationship becomes the defining experience of the house, blurring boundaries through expansive glazing and thoughtful planning. Soft daylight fills the interiors, transforming throughout the day to enhance the home’s warm material palette.
The kitchen, designed as a bright, functional core, integrates modern amenities with clean lines and a subtle play of textures. Each bedroom is conceived as a personal retreat, balancing minimalism with comfort. Large openings allow the natural landscape to become an extension of the interior, while carefully chosen materials like wood, stone, and linen add an earthy tactility.
A pool and adjoining bar area offer a lively contrast to the calm private zones. This leisure space, framed by greenery and open skies, brings together family and friends—reflecting the home’s social soul.
Bagani House stands as a symphony of contrasts—sharp geometries softened by the presence of light, water, and landscape. With its honest materials, tranquil ambience, and refined detailing, it celebrates the essence of contemporary living—timeless, welcoming, and deeply connected to nature.
