Spanning 7,200 sq.ft., Serene Luxe redefines contemporary duplex living through a harmonious interplay of scale, light, and thoughtful intention. Nestled within a tranquil gated enclave of Ghatkopar, the home is expansive yet intimately attuned to human comfort, where openness, fluidity, and meaningful spatial connections guide every architectural move. The design approach focuses on creating volumes that breathe, absorb natural light, and adapt to the rhythms of daily life.
The double-height living area establishes the home’s signature ambience. Two distinct sofa clusters shape the experience: one refined and formal, encouraging lingering conversations, and the other more relaxed with soft curves that embrace the family’s moments of ease. Each piece is layered with tactile materials, brushed metal accents, and sculptural artwork that transforms subtly with changing daylight. A recurring suspended swing becomes a symbolic element—playful, nostalgic, and grounding—threading visual continuity through the home.
As one moves through the spaces, the design reveals a deep commitment to warmth and sensory richness. Textured oak panelling introduces a crafted elegance, while layered coffee tables, refined upholstery, and curated accessories create a calm, cohesive narrative. Every surface, junction, and material palette has been composed to balance modern luxury with an inviting sense of home.
The private zones continue this ethos of personal expression. The master bedroom blends soft neutrals with muted blues, champagne-leaf artwork, and gentle metallic accents, creating a sanctuary of quiet sophistication. In contrast, the son’s bedroom adopts a contemporary grey-white palette, enhanced by fabric-glass partitions that subtly demarcate areas for rest, study, and reflection without compromising openness or light. Custom furnishings, diffused lighting, and thoughtfully selected textures ensure each bedroom feels both functional and emotionally attuned to its occupant.
Across levels, circulation is intuitive and seamless, enhancing the experience of vertical movement within the duplex. Handpicked décor, sculptural lighting, and gentle tonal transitions underscore the home’s narrative of serenity and understated opulence.
Completed in July 2024, Serene Luxe stands as a refined model of high-end Mumbai living—one that harmonizes comfort with sophistication and functionality with storytelling, shaping a residence that feels as soulful as it is striking.
