Located in Waghle Estate, Thane, Nuevo Verve is a 2,200 sq. ft. office designed by Gaurav Kharkar & Associates as a bold response to the evolving language of contemporary workspaces. Completed in December 2024, this commercial interior project embodies the concept of “New Tradition,” seamlessly marrying a company’s historic achievements with its forward-thinking technological outlook. The result is a finely curated environment that feels timeless, functional, and invigorating—crafted to reflect both legacy and vision.
Reception: A Statement of Global Aspirations
The journey into Nuevo Verve begins with a striking reception area defined by a luxurious marble countertop with a metallic gold finish. Its softly curved edges create a welcoming, contemporary aesthetic. Beige and light blue upholstered seating offers comfort and understated style. A large, backlit world map subtly communicates the company’s global mindset, while the careful interplay of materials—marble, metal, and fabric—sets the tone for a workplace where form meets functionality.
Director’s Cabin: Where Luxury Meets Leadership
At the heart of the design narrative is the Director’s Cabin, featuring a boomerang-shaped table topped with elegant Italian marble and supported by a matte gold metal base. The room showcases a multi-layered credenza and a bold rust-colored structural column that injects energy into the neutral palette. Large windows with striped blinds allow natural light to dance across the surfaces, making the space feel dynamic, yet grounded in professionalism.
CEO’s Cabin: Calm, Commanding, Contemporary
The CEO’s Cabin reflects poised leadership through soft curves and a soothing color palette. Clean-lined furniture, curated decor, and accents of muted blue bring subtle richness to the room. Designed to be both private and approachable, the space conveys an air of sophistication while promoting calm productivity. Every detail—material, lighting, texture—has been chosen to foster clarity, focus, and elegance, ideal for thoughtful decision-making.
Conference Room: Geometry Meets Functionality
The conference room embodies modern sophistication, enhanced by natural light, geometric play, and bespoke elements. A smooth, expansive table anchors the space, while a custom zigzag credenza and curved display rack introduce visual rhythm. Accents in rust and blue add character, balancing the neutral tones with a pop of vibrancy. This is a space where design and dialogue converge, fostering both collaboration and curiosity.
