The Four Points by Sheraton, Nashik reinterprets industrial design through the lens of contemporary hospitality. Conceived as the tallest hotel in the city, the project sets a new benchmark for Nashik’s evolving urban identity. The client envisioned a design anchored in the honest expression of materials—exposed brick, concrete finishes, metal detailing, and warm timber—crafted together to create interiors that feel both robust and welcoming. This raw, industrial vocabulary is deliberately softened with the sophistication and comfort expected from an international hotel brand, resulting in a spatial experience that is authentic yet elegantly refined.
The 125-room property is thoughtfully planned to balance functionality with distinct character. Public zones amplify the industrial narrative through exposed surfaces, steel accents, and timber insertions, while the signature Four Points blue creates visual continuity across guest rooms, bathrooms, and banqueting areas. On the exterior, earthy tile cladding defines the lower public levels, grounding the building visually, while the upper shafts are articulated in clean painted surfaces to reinforce clarity, verticality, and an overall sense of restraint.
A defining element of the project is the all-day dining restaurant located on the 12th floor. Set within a dramatic double-height volume of 5.5 metres, the space opens out to sweeping views of the Sahyadri hills and the Nashik skyline. This elevated vantage point, paired with the industrial detailing, creates a memorable dining environment that stands apart in the city—a true highlight of the hotel experience.
An extensive suite of amenities further enhances the property’s appeal. These include a banquet hall with an adjoining terrace, a ground-floor coffee shop, a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, a full floor dedicated to meeting rooms, and an upcoming rooftop bar. Together, these offerings position the hotel as a versatile destination for both business and leisure travellers.
The material palette—exposed concrete, raw brickwork, steel, wood, and blue subway tiles—ties the interiors together with consistency and intent. Simultaneously, the architecture remains contextual, intentionally framing mountain views to root the hotel within its natural surroundings. The result is a property that not only elevates hospitality in Nashik but also celebrates the city’s shifting relationship with design, landscape, and contemporary urban growth.
